Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events occasionally happen in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and
fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment, allowing someone else to schedule an appointment. If you cannot give 24 hours' advance notice, you forfeit the total cost of your scheduled session.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment is a "no-show" and billed for the total cost of the "missed" session.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session becomes shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if enough time is remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the "full" session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other patrons, please plan accordingly and be on time.

We are so happy with our new location with its secure parking, elevators, and handicap bathrooms! Upon arriving for your scheduled appointment, you will see a call box at the front security entrance. Call (French Walker, LMP) from the attached system, and we will buzz you in.
Take the elevator or stairs up to the 4th floor to Suite 430. There are restrooms right off the elevator landing and a water bottle filling station in our lobby space. If you arrive early for your appointment time, please make yourself comfortable in the seating area, and we will come and gather you for the meeting.
